Current Money Factor and Resale Percentage?

I'm considering a Mini S convertible and I was wondering what the current money factor and residual percentage would be. Also, I'm turning in a leased BMW. Could I expect a break on the money factor?

you get your security deposit waived, and you won't have to pay the disposition fee on the BMW lease when you turn it in... but there is no reduction in the money factor.
