TWO THUMBS UP!!!

My wife and I purchased our MINI on June 1 at South Bay MINI and they were fantastic!!!!!
Our MA Amanda was fantastic. I've purchased many cars before in SoCal and in NYC, from GM Products to Lexus, and by far Amanda has been the BEST salesperson I ever dealt with!!!
We are truly satisified and completely happy that we went to South Bay MINI and meet our MA and friend Amanda!!!

This is our story. (click)

Give South Bay MINI and Amanda a call!!!! Nothing to lose!!!!

THANKS!!!!!!!

-Mike & June

I am really happy as well with the overall purchase experience at South Bay Mini. My only problem is with less than 500 miles on a tire I get a flat and MINI won't help cover the cost. Now I am on a do-nut spare and need to come up with 240 bucks for a new tire and installation. I picked mine up on 6/29.

Your tire is under warranty from the tire manufacturer. I got a cut in the sidewall on my runflat with 5k miles on it. Took it to Goodyear and they ordered a new one and replaced it for free.

I took it to a Goodyear dealer and they told me it wasn't, so I paid for a new tire.

But their service department was awsome. Dropped off on Friday night, MA's that I didn't deal with recognized me and were concerned that the car was coming in for service. They completed the service early as well, and I got a call before noon the next day that it was ready.
