Hello , Sota Minis. My wife and I are driving from Boston to deadwood SD. This is our first road trip with the mini, and one of our Stops is the Mall of America, we are living Boston this Wednesday at midnight , I think we will be arriving in Minnesota by Friday planning on staying for 2 days in the Bloomington area, If anyone has any suggestion on places to stay or attractions not to miss let us Know. Thanks
That's a pretty cool roadtrip!
There will be plenty to do while you're here. The Mall (of America) is "fun" in it's own way. There's a giant Ikea, just across the street from the Mall as well as a brand new indoor water park. Our brand spankin new MINI dealership is just down the road as well. You could venture into downtown for some good food and drink, as well as some live music from local bands. There's the science museum, art museums and some cool parks you could check out. Body World has been held over and sounds like it should be worth the trip to St. Paul.
Bloomington should have lots of places to stay - otherwise you could try for something downtown if you wanted to be close to some nighlife. St. Paul has a Radisson just on the river with some great views at night.
You could stay

adame,
Thanks for responding, it sounds like there is enough to do while we are there, we look forward to seeing your part of the country, if you see a yellow mini with black stripes and a soocool number plate don't hesitate to honk, wave what ever to get our attention. So we are about to leave in a couple of hours on our adventure .
Travel safe! If you check this when you're here, you could play in our scavenger hunt on Sunday. Out-of-towners are always *cough*fun*cough*, I mean welcome. :D

Hi adame,
We will stop by to say hello on our way out to SD, don't worry about the lunch part, since we have a tom-tom, and since we don't know anything about MN., where is the shelter located according to your map, is it located close to A,B,C,or D?
Hi Adam, we made it to our destination. I just want to say it was nice meeting you and the rest of the SotaMinis, Thank you for the invitation, we would have loved to stay for the event but we were on a time frame schedule. Thanks again
