You're invited to the 2006 'Sota MINIs Scavengar Hunt!
We'll have a potluch style lunch/BBQ at a local park. After lunch I'll go through the directions/rules for the scavengar hunt and off you'll go. Expect to do all sorts of things, but mostly lots of motoring! If you've done this in the past, you know how fun this is and what great things you get to participate in. If you've never done, come on over and give it a shot. Here are some details:
Date: Sunday, September 24th
When: Lunch - 11:30
Scavenger Hunt - 1:00 or so
Prizes/dinner/drinks - TBD (around 5:30 in the past)
Where: A Lake Normandale shelter http://tinyurl.com/gxk25 (the parking lot is on the lake, right where the road loses the center island.
Stop on over and let us know if you can make it or if you're just coming for lunch. Maybe if you ask nicely, someone will tell you stories from past events ;)
2002 BRG/w MC. Sport package/sunroof. Yakima roof rack in the summer, Blizzaks in the winter. Motoring since July 2002 we've seen 120 temps, -20 temps, 5 accidents and 122,296+ miles.
Please note - with the exception of the BBQ, the above times are flexible. I haven't driven a route yet for the clues, so my finish time is a guess at this point. Also, the actual finish destination won't be determined until we get closer to game day. It kinda depends on how many MINIs there are in the event.
I also picked up some goodies from Motorwerks MINI today, so the prize box is getting some items in it! Will you be the one to dig something out?!
