Hey everyone!
Mark the calendar for a chilly but fun day - Sunday, November 1st. If you've never done our scavenger hunt, you should. It's pretty fun. Here’s how this year’s event will work.
• Each MINI gets a clue sheet. It’s up to each MINI to decide how to go about finding/getting the answers.
• Correct answers earn you a point.
• Wrong answers don’t earn you any points.
• The MINI with the most correct points wins!
• Your driver’s license must remain in the sealed envelope until the end. If you turn in the envelope and it’s not sealed, you’re disqualified. And have to explain yourself to the group!
• You may call for help if needed. However, that call will not be free.
• You are allowed to use maps, phones, phone books, strangers, family members, etc. Pretty much any resource is at your disposal.
• I’ll take an odometer reading before everyone leaves and then again when they finish and the MINI with the shortest distance traveled will get a prize.
The event will be potluck style as well. I'll provide more info as stuff gets nailed down - like where we'll meet/start, what time, food to bring, etc.
If anyone has done this before, please post up your experiences.
If you've never done it and have questions, let me know.
If you have some ideas to make it a better event, please, let me know.
If you want to help me with the event - create clues, find prizes, etc. I wouldn't mind the help at all.
