More autocrossing anyone??

I enjoyed myself immensly at the last autocross so I am casting about for another. ETRSCCA will hold a couple more events in the coming months but they will be up towards Tri-cities area. Here are a couple other choices. Let me know what you think.

Smoky Mountain Area PCA (Porsche) is holding the Smoky Mtn Triple Cross at 411 Raceway. Open dates for other than Porsches are
Sunday, Sept 19
Sunday, October 3
Saturday, Nov. 6

$25 each date. If we email them ahead of time they will save us a spot and welcomed our club to join in the fun.

As posted on our website:
Rick McNutt of the SVT Cobra Club has invited us to the August 21 and October 22 "SCMC Mini Dragon" Autocross, to be held at the 411 Galaxy Speedway in Seymour, TN. He says it's a very open course that allows you to "use more than 1st and 2nd gear." WOW!

The August 21 event is sold out to autocross participants, but spectators are really welcome and are admitted free, according to Rick.

The October 22 event has 18 slots left to participants, as of 8-6-04. Go to their website soon if you want to register, as these slots will likely go fast.

Let's get some MINIs out there to chase those Impala SSs around!

For more information, see the SVT Cobra Club homepage at http://www.svtcobraclub.com.
