No, but I use Tapatalk for totalMINI and proboards for AtlantaMINIs and a few android boards. I would love for it to be enabled here.

I'd really appreciate this as well. The motorcycle forum I frequent is mobile enabled and I use it much more frequently because of it.

What about the "Forum Runner" app? It's a vBulletin reading app.

Bump.

Also, this forum keeps crashing safari on my iPad. Already paid the $3 to access other forums, it'd be nice if my favorite forum was on it too...

Hate to get frustrated from the crashing and have to spend all my time on "the other" forum...

Still holding your breath?

I hope they add tapatalk support. It's free for the server, allows tapatalk users a way to access the forums, and doesn't affect non-tapatalk users. I don't see a downside at all.

Figures...

I didn't pay enough attention. I bought Tapatalk knowing that I had used it before(android) so I bought it again(iPhone) for this blog. I saw it was vBulletin, and assumed it would work.

Sorry for the assumption. Hope you enable this feature soon. Seems like it would be a nice option for mobile users. Leave the choice of $$ up to us.

Anyway, thank you for building a great community. Please add better mobile access.

Thank you,
me

+1. FR has better functionality than Tapatalk, IMHO.

I combined a few threads requesting a mobile app here to help centralize the discussion and bolster the momentum; these requests do get passed along to Internet Brands and I have been told progress is being made toward a solution that will help mobile users while not hurting the experience of desktop users.

I've owned a forum before, and have another one now, both vBulletin. One of the first things we did with both boards is install Tapatalk. I'm not sure which version of vBulletin this forum is using, and I'm not sure why the powers that be haven't upgraded if it is an older version. Once on a more current version Tapatalk is easy to install and does nothing to hurt performance of the site. I'm not trying to stir any pots, just asking legitimate questions. I'd like to get more involved on this forum, and would like to use Tapatalk as it's a tad harder to use on Safari on my iPhone.
Thanks

The problem is branding. All these forums want their own app so they can feel cool. Thing is, I don't want a different app for each forum I visit. I want one app to read all my forums. The branded app thing may seem like a good idea, but it is just an annoyance and hinderance to people trying to visit and participate in the site from the increasingly more common mobile device.

Site Mods: Please give your users what they want and install some of the many available plugins for forum viewers, such as tapatalk and forum runner. It takes moments to do so, and will benefit many while causing harm to none. And please don't go for the branded version of the above plugins that don't work with the main app. That is a waste of your time and money, and ours.

Sadly the site mods don't have that power. It is Internet Brands that has to make that decision. Seems a little stupid that they would limit user access. You would think that marketing wise it would make more sense to allow people to gain access from as many angles as possible.

Wow.. This site really sucks on the phone browser. I don't think, we would get the tapatalk access soon.

I'm new here, so I'm sure my opinion doesn't offer much weight, but it sure would be nice to have this tapatalk enabled. Even if they're doing their own thing (Autoguide does), as long as it's similar (autoguide and tapatalk are very similar).

Just makes the sites so much easier to navigate. I'm sure most of us are on multiple forums, and most of those are using some sort of tapatalk like app to browse. Would be nice if this did as well.

+1 for Tapatalk support.

I suspect they don't want to enable Tapatalk because then people won't see ads. If they design their own app, they can have all the ads intact.
