Good luck with that. I have been trying to get a hold of IB for a couple of weeks now, with no response back. Although changing your screen name may still be a task the unpaid Mods/Admins do, as apposed to the idea I have for a general club forum that would let all clubs have a central place to talk about general club issues, which would be dealt with by a paid IB employee.
