I used the Contact Us, and have not heard back from anyone. Is anyone fielding questions

Depends on the issue chosen.

I get items sent for Alliance Magazine Contributor, Alliance Membership Support and NAM Help Feedback. Everything else goes to Internet Brands to handle.

Try contacting IB Adrian. Internet Brands has supposedly taken over the majority of the admin functions.
