Techno, hard techno

...ok, and the occasional (ok fine, frequent) supercharger spinning at 17,000+ RPM!

I love to listen to my Borla "race". I'm not just saying that either, ever since I moved from Borla street, I find myself turning off the radio.

I usually listen to a CD in my H/K, which is awesome, by the way. And I keep the windows down for a little machine noise in the background.

Mostly, I keep the top open and the windows down, no music. Wind is what I'm listening to mostly, I guess. (But no, the sunroof is not rearly as noisy as some would suggest.) In-city intersections always have someone with a mega-bass thing goin' on. In the country, it's tractors, and the cheep, cheep of little birdies...

Godspeed.

Normally Sirius Satellite. I bounce between BBC World Service, Talk Left, and the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's streams....

The MINI has two unneeded accessories - - the sound system and the cupholders. The MINI is made for driving!

No way am I paying to listen to radio........ion the mean time, mostly ah listen to mah exhaust.......particularly sweet (and not that loud really) with my track configuration - the JCW resonator behind the CAT and a straight pipe all the way out. The street configuration makes the noise of the supercharger stand out more, which is also sweet. Mah next rack outing will have me try out a plain straight pipe after the CAT....no resonator......I'm guessing that will be f...g loud.......

Ipod, all from the ipod. I have like 6000 songs on mine and granted its techno mostly, but i never have to touch it!. Oh yea, i dont use my ac, hasnt been on yet and ... always windows down so i get that SC whine even with the music blasting, and when i just want to hear my baby roar, it'll be all quite on the inside.

Actually, the only thing keeping me with Sirius is The Young Turks on 143. If it wasn't for them I'd be looking at XM since it's cheaper and they have everything else I listen to on Sirius...

iPod vs SC

I am really into music. Before I got my MCS, it was rare for me to drive a block w/o having some music going. Now that I have my MCS I am probably 50/50 on iPod VS. SC Whine. Now that I got my custom cowl mod with my BMP/ProMINI CAI the choice is that much harder.

OH SWEET SUPERCHARGER WHINE!!!!!!!

I usually listen to CDs, either classical or classic rock, or the engine. Today it was Handel's Wassermusik on ancient instruments by the English Concert with Trevor Pinnock conducting. Very nice indeed.

I tend to want music on the way in to work, to set the mood. I'll open her up on the way home and listen to the stock MCS pipes and the wind. At lunch, it's 50/50.
