With all the videos recently posted here, I thought It would be time to start sharing some MINI racing ones.

Here's the one from Mosport at the end of last season. Enjoy.

Great Alain...
It confirms that the Mini S is obnoxiously LOUD.
You are a great driver. To bad you couldn't shut the door on the red car..

It's actually fairly quiet with a helmet, balaclava and ear-mic

The paint was still almost wet so we were playing nice.

Wouldn't have made much of a difference anyway since we lost the fuel pump relay (won't happen again )the very next lap while attempting the same again. Too bad we ran out of battery in the camera one lap too soon...

Finally a vid from Alain!!! Thank you very much for sharing. Too bad you had to start in the back of the pack... but you did an excellent job moving-up!

Man, sorry to hear that. I don't know from personal experience... but Webb did the same in a race a couple months back, and it made the forum here. I guess some duct tape over the fuses & relays is what's needed. Keep-up the great work Alain!

Good Job, keep it up ....Do you stilll have your speedo?

If so, You could move the camera angle down to include it on the video

Red Fury: The speedo is still there, the tach has been relocated in the vent hole beside the steering to make space for the digital dash. The camera was on the dash as a first step. It has now been relocated to the roll-bar. I guess we could angle it!

TwOMINIs: Some day I'll put up a web-site with all the details.

rustysteel: Come back to see us!

I told him I'd duct tape his foot to the clutch if he did it again....

Alain's car is so quiet, I could barely hear it when he drove by me :D
