Got my coupe back today! New jcw rear bumper - dash bulb out!
I picked up my coupe this afternoon. It has been at the collision shop for about 2 months. I was having withdrawals! It was rear ended , so while in the shop, I asked the them to install a jcw rear bumper - sweet!
Only thing now my dash lights up the yellow bulb with an exclamation point. The lower right (passenger) light comes on only in reverse. Although the driver side lower light has a bulb in it and is wired, it does not come on under any condition.
Any help/suggestions is much appreciated!

Thanks I'll check it out. I am a little concerned that it will not pass motorvehicle inspection (Aug) because of the warning on the dash light - even though all exterior lights are functioning.
If I had bought the car from the dealer with the jcw aero kit, how would Mini address the dashboard warning light?

Just because the light bulb works doesn't mean that it is the correct bulb. BMW MINI light check system is very very specific to resistance.
I would check all the bulbs back there. And not just in the bumper. If you pull one out and it was working but it's got a black smoke look to it. That's your culprit.
