Rattle driver's door

Since new, now 2,000 Km, a loud rattle is audible coming from the lower posterior aspect of the driver's door. Open top or not, window down or up it is constantly present over pavement's small imperfections.
If I gently hit the "spot" with my palm from the outside I can duplicate the same rattle as if someting in the door ( Window mecanism ? ) was rubbing against the metal sheet.
Not present in the passenger door.

Anyone experienced the same thing ???

I guess a visit to the dealer is in order to peak inside the door but I would like you're input.

Thanks.

It sounds as if there is something loose in the door or maybe a screw or panel clip has fallen out of place.

Hmm... my cabrio has developed over the last weekend what sounds like a metal creaking sound somewhere in the drivers door. It's driving me nuts!

As a follow up : The car was at the dealer 5 days ago. They removed the door panel, retighten every thing they could and greased all the links and it seems that it did the job because the rattle is no more !

Job well done it seems w/o any major flaw discovered but no specific cause put in evidence.

Hope it last cuz that toy is otherwise beyond expectations.

Hmm. Good to know, perhaps I'll schedule an appointment. In the meantime, I've lubed the door lock mechanism and door seals.
