lava, are you going to stripe it up like the MINI in your sig.?
looks pretty cool like that!
My plan is to back to the dealer for the stripes, or attempt them myself. But there is always the chance I'll live without them, but I left the image in my sig to pressure myself!
Waiting for stripes and to empty my bank account!
1st MINI dealer -- a strike and a miss
2nd MINI dealer -- strike 2
3rd MINI dealer --- POP .... It's going, it's going, it's gone -- out of the park --- A HOMERUN!!! (add your own ROAR-of-the-crowd here)

Way to go on pressuring yourself...I like that!!
I'd say go for it...it's always stood out to me as a cool way to stripe it up.
Thanks for answering.

What do you mean "the suspension has settled down a bit"?

I mean that the ride height has settled down - 1/2 - 1" or so. It was on stilts when I picked it up, 2 miles on the odometer. Some driving, some cycling of motion through the shocks and springs, and its sitting a bit lower now.

Ken, I'm actually partial to 5 spokes myself, but I like them dead simple and Mini tends to make them fancy. So the Bridge spokes were the closest thing as the spoke design was simple, just two more of them. I'm happy with them - just wish they were an inch wider!
yes - 16" bridge spokes. I've not taken any pictures of the cloth seats because they have been well documented on other threads - I'll try to remember to get my wife's camera
