So what I read is that all they really do is trick the car into thinking I'm flooring the gas pedaline more than I really am. Does this really help with the lag? Has anyone installed one of these?

The Sprint booster is the best mode you can do I have an automatic . Sport mode and the aggressive setting, that's all you need.
