I have an 09 JCW Hatch and I'm replacing the turbo. I got the ECS Tuning kits for all the necessary parts and there's a small heat shield that I'm not sure where it goes. I don't think there was one on there when I took it apart. The part number is 11657634747. It's item #20 in this diagram:

It goes over the top oil feed line. This part was added after manufacture.
