Accessport trouble
Hi all,
Before I start I'll give you my car info
2007 MCS Auto
K&N CAI
NM torque arm bushings
Iridium spark plugs (about 6000 miles on them)
Ok so here is my problem. Today I received my used Alta accessport that I bought from a guy here on NAM. The AP works great, loads up, reads codes, gives me the map options, etc. Everything is fine on it. I loaded the stage 1 map onto my mini and went out for a test drive. After letting the car warm up for about 5 mins of easy driving with no trouble I decided I would take it out on the highway at faster speeds. When I punched it on the highway everything felt great until the car reached about 4500-5500 rpms. When it reached that point the car jerked back and forth, and lost power until about 6000 rpms when it came back. This happens in just about the same place in every gear. It is very uncomfortable and is hindering my cars performance. Hopefully I can find a solution to it soon so I can enjoy the AP and all its glory as I've heard from the countless stories on this forum. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tyler
