what engine bushings are good?

Owner of a 2007 Mini Cooper S and I want to know which engine bushings will be best. There are different bushings and don't know what will be best. i.e.: Triangular and circular bushings.

You need to look under your car as you may have the triangular shaped bushing. I'd say the round one is better since that is what they changed all the MINIs to. But with either mount you have just add the NM torque arm bushing as it works great and is cost effective.

Is this hard to install or should I invest money into having my mechanic install for me?

It's so easy my dog could do it if he had opposable thumbs. 5 minutes to jack up the front and 5 minutes to unbolt the arm, swing it down, insert the bushings, and bolt it back up.

Very noticeable. No more lurch before power is applied. When you are under there, you won't believe how much the engine can move with the stock bushing. The only NVH I felt after install was at a low idle after the car warms up fully. Nice little tingle in the seat that is actually kind of nice...
