Front Control Arm Bushing noise with Powerflex

Need help. I have had my front control arm bushing replaced with powerflex. Since then there are clucking sound during movement, significant when braking to a full stop, accelerate a little bit, and turning wheels during parking can be heard as well.

The fitting was done with lower subframe dropped. I have had the installer triple check, also check by Mini Service center, and all pointing to the new PowerFlex bush making the noise.

There're enough grease going in between as per fitting guide. The ONLY thing not done is "Roughen Bore..." as shown in the pic. Would this be the culprit?

If yes, i dont think the garage could remove the bush and redo the step, but i need to get a new bush as it's not possible to remove the bush without spoiling in, my assumption that is.
