2011 Cooper S Hatchback - Annoying changes after reprogramming

I took my 2011 Cooper S Hatchback to the dealer for Check Engine Light issue. Fault was from an O2 sensor and said they had to reprogram.

When I got my car back, I noticed a few changes that are very annoying.

- I lost an ability to do "soft turn signal" that clicks 3 times only!
- Dash display used to show both odometer and trip counter at the bottom. Trip counter is gone and has moved to a separate section.
- I seemed to have lost the exhaust popping or it has weakened significantly.

I am thinking of bringing it back especially for the turn signal issue which is extremely annoying.

Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks!

You can set the turn signal by scrolling through the setting on the BC stalk.
