MCS produced until 06/08 or After 07/08?

Does anybody know what the difference is in a MCS produced up to 06/2008 Vs. one produced from 07/2008? I was looking to buy the JCW package from my dealer and it gives you those 2 options? What could be so different between the two? The ecu? Exhaust mounts? Engine?

Clearly, the ones produced after June 2008 are twice as awesome as those produced before.

Well, that was when the '09 JCW's first came from the Factory.

Never heard of any change in MCS at end of '08 run, after 08/'08 it would be an '09.

Suppose your choice would depend on Your build-date, may have been an un-published internal change
(plumbing, hose, tubing, fitting or something) that might change the kit.

exhaust mounts I believe. BMW is always trying to stay one step ahead of 3rd party exhaust mfgrs. That's about it. Anything made after 8/08 is an 09.

yup and they changed again for the 09s. I had to wait 6 weeks after my car was delivered (1 year ago today) to get my tune kit.

so what did I win, Ed?
