CA law and cancelling 6 year extended maintenance plan
Just want to confirm with those familiar with California car buying laws, am I allowed 2 days to cancel my 6 year extended maintenance plan?
I was told by the finance guy that it would not cover tires, wheel alignment and battery and EVERYTHING else is included. When I read the fine print, it is not true.
I wrote an email to the car salesman where I bought the car today. I had asked to have the $2280 credited back to my credit card.
Is this the right procedure or do i need to have the finance paper done over again?
thanks everyone for helping a new mini cooper S owner
