The panel has a hole to drain the windshield wiper system's water (and rain).
There's a hose in there to connect to the panel but I can't connect it as the hose is too narrow. That is why I think there should be a connector there, but I can't find the part number.
Any help?

If you are talking about item #4 in the diagram as far as i know there is no hose connected to it.

Yep. Talking about no. #4. There's a hose beneath it near the battery. I thought it should have connected to it to drain the water, otherwise it drains near the battery.
