Finally bought a MINI, 2007 S

Been looking for awhile and actually had a deal worked out on an 05 S, but found out it had been wrecked with 11,500 dollars worth of damage, so we backed out.

Found this 07, apology for my crappy iphone pics, regular camera battery was dead.

It's an 07 S with 19,000 miles on it. Great shape, bought new at Dreyer Mini in Indy, 1 owner and well maintained.

I don't know all the options it has, I know it has, heated seats, front fog lamps, sport package?.

This rides/drives much better than the 05 did with 30k on it.

I got a great deal on it.

How can I tell if it has LSD?

Also, the shifter is hard to shift, in neutral it's hard to move. I'm taking it into Mini tomorrow to see if I need an appointment to find out what's wrong. It's still under factory warranty and maintainence. So I should be good.

Looks good, you also have the interior chrome package and premium package.

You can look up your options at the dealer or on miniusa.com in the owners lounge.

Right after you log in, click "Track Your MINI" then "Review Order Detail." Mine used to show all options ordered on it, but now it only seems to show my packages. If you ask your dealer, they should give you a printout of your build.

You have the nice upgraded crown-spoke 17" wheels, and the headlight washer as well.

Nice ride....You probably got a nice deal. What did you pay...mind telling?

I live by Brookside Park. About 3 city blocks away from the Irvington area. We will probably see eachother around. There is only 1 other LY MINI Cabrio in the metro area, so 50/50 chance it's me.
(Mine is chromed out...the other isn't)

Nice car and great price!!

Looks like it has Sport Pkg, Premium Pkg, Cold Weather Pkg, Chromeline interior, and Fluid Silver Dash. Also has dealer-installed armrest and mats. It was probably ~$26000 new unless I am missing a few other options.

Rev it up to about 4k rpm and drop the clutch in first gear for a second or two, get out and inspect the tire tracks.... 2 even lines... you've got LSD.

Or ask your local dealer to print the order invoice out from your VIN number.

Thanks!

Just went to the local Mini dealer and got a print out of the options and service history. Due to go in after 7/16.

It has
Cold Weather
Sport Package
Sports leather steering wheel
Chrome line interior
Interior fluid silver
Front fog lamps
Premium package
sport button
On board computer
cd changer prep
cold-climate version--what is this?
all-season tires

Also, found that the previous owner bought the extended tire/wheel warranty and also had the iPod connector hooked up! Found the cable in the small storage above the glovebox.

Front fog lamps -- std on all S models

Tire warranty might or might not transfer, you'll need to get the specifics on that warranty. Congrats on the ipod adapter too, that's a nice bonus!
