Okey... so I was cleaning my engine bay this evening, and observed that there was some sort of oil / gas deposited around the injector connectors for Cylinders 2 & 3. It seemed pretty fresh (although I've driven barely 5 miles since morning), and it has no smell to it - which is why I think it's oil
Any ideas what's going on??
A little background: She's 11k miles old, and has had two oil changes, most recent one being at 10k.
I've attached a couple of pics...
Just FYI first.. those are the coils that go to the spark plugs. not fuel injectors. You can unplug those by flipping up the tab and pulling the coils up. Then I would check in the tubes to see if there is any oil or wetness inside them. Then I would also look on the inside of the Hood in that area to see if maybe something dripped off the hood onto the engine. Just for starts

When was the last oil change? It looks like oil that may have dripped onto the cover during the oil change. Is the oil level still full?
Look at the oil level on the dip stick and make a note of it. Try wiping off the oil and seeing if it returns without the oil change. Track it for a while to look at the changes.

What program is that? Is it available for sale? I would love that sort of manual for my car!

@ Slinger: you may be right!
Had the oil change done less than 2 weeks ago. Checked the oil level & it was about 0.5cm (1/4 inch) above the 'full' level. Think I'll have some oil removed, clean up the area & check it again after a few days.
Might just have saved me a trip to the dealer!
