Passenger seat won't move forward to allow exit from back seat in 07

Has anyone else had this experience? It is in the shop awaiting parts (cable).
Just stopped working suddenly-but a real pain if you have people in the back seat, they have to move to the drivers side or the passenger has to get out and manually move the seat forward.

Surprised at the lack of parts also at the dealership.

Haven't had that happen, but mine is basically a 2 seater with a big trunk (I never have passengers in the back)
