State Inspection

I purchased my Mini in June last year, new. I must have been having too much fun in it, because I've only just noticed that the state inspection sticker has a date of Feb on it. Should I be calling my dealer or am I too late?

Call them up if it was new and inspections in PA are yearly then you paid for and should recieve a full year, the dealer broke the law if they are shorting you 4 months, don't you think....

Bad news: Looks like your dealer missed the state inspection sticker when they prepped your car for delivery.

Good news: They should replace the old one with a new one for free and for your troubles you will have gained 8 months for free.

In Texas, the initial inspection sticker is good for 2 years, then every 12 months after the initial 2 years.

I emailed the dealership - and the first inspection is on them! Can't say fairer than that.
