Dashboard Color Line Trim

Can I get the Yellow Mellow "Color Line" Trim Afterwards if it was not out in the car when It was first built? Just the Dashboard section?

AKA From Parts Dept or something? Anyone know how much by chance? :impatient

hmmmm, can't say for sure?

I have a parts book and can't recall seeing anything about ordering a 'color line'.
Ask your dealer...good luck!

How about pulling the sections and having them painted? I don't know how, but maybe the interior mods section could help.

Yes - the parts are available. I check on buying the RR line from Classic back in May. With the NAM discount the 3 pieces on the dash total about $190. The door pieces are $64 each.

I'm thinking of buying either leather or vinyl and doing this myself (or taking it to an auto upholsterer in my area).

Paul..thanks for the help/ Now I have to decide if I want to bother and how difficult/costly the change might be. I have the cream colorline and love it on the dash but I am thinking I might prefer having the dark gray door trim.

My wife pointed out that she thinks the cream on the door pads is a "bit much".

That brings up an interesting situation -- if I had a color combo that would look good with the cream colorline, I'd trade.

So I'll ask -- any one want to trade the dark gray color line for rooster red

well i have the dark grayish blackish color line and would possibly be interested in a trade for cream or rooster red. it would have to be all of the pieces (dash and door) and i'm not positive on this, but i would definitely consider it if someone wanted.

i think we all just want want we don't have...the need to change and customize is the reason we all bought MINIs. i'm not even sure cream or RR would look better in my car (PW/B), but i sure as hell am curious.

Well, I don't even have my new Mini yet but I sure hope that PW/B will look good with cream color line because that's what I ordered! Can't wait to see it and drive it, too!

Actually, I saw one in the showroom with checkered flag side and rear view mirrors, and it looked brilliant!

I'm thinking I should have ordered the English oak!
