Wonder if they fit r56. Anyone know? I see product numbers are different according to tirerack.com between r55 and r56. Wonder if the suspension is different between the two cars or are the spring rates / valving different between the two because of the weight difference? $530 is still cheap for a coilover though.

I would buy them if they fit an R56, but I don't think they do.

That way if I couldn't sell them on, I'd keep them

Called H&R today (888-827-8881) and it turns out that the coilover set for the r56 (product #50453) and the r55 (product #50457) are identical- spring rates/ valving/ mounts... I was told they just do that for packaging and inventory purposes or whatever. So I went ahead and ordered my set today. KILLER DEAL!!! I'll keep you guys posted if any funnny/ shady stuff comes up.

Actually you paid the same price that most vendors charge for the H&R Sport Springs. The original ad quoted in this thread was for H&R Street Performance Coilovers.

so did anyone actually get away with ordering a set of coilovers for $250? or was it a type-o that they wouldn't honor?
