Blacking out chrome on my Clubman S

These pics aren't the best, but, I've started working on blacking out a lot of the chrome trim on my new 2010 Clubman S.

It is starting to really look nice. I can't stand the cheap-looking chrome. To each his own I guess!

Anyway, I read about Plasti Dip on other sections of NAM. The stuff is pretty cool. it peels RIGHT off! if you mess anything up, off it comes and you start over ;)

Here is a pic of my naked mini! lol. All the trim off ;)

Here is all of the trim ready to be sprayed

And here are some "after" pics. I need to wash my car now and get some "REAL" pictures taken..these were just taken with my iphone heh

I shaved the back too..all except for the "S"... I need to move my S though, it needs to go over to the right a bit more

Very cool.. I love the way it looks! Just my handles and beltline left... I am slightly concerned about removing door handles though

Looks good! Are you going to do the trim lines and handles?
