Check for the bulb model in your owners manual. I know that Sylvania has the incorrect part number for the Clubman S in their catalogs.

A more important question is, do you have Halogen or Xenon headlights?

If you have the standard halogens it is impossible to add in a "drop in" replacement to a xenon bulb. You would need the housing, ballast system, ballast system housing, then the xenon bulb. I'm not sure if that is everything, but it is no small task to go from Halogen's to Xenon's.
hope that helps,
Jon.

H13 = halogen headlight bulb for the R55, R56 (2008 on), R57. It is both hi and lo beam.

There is already a lot written on NAM about the aftermarket bulbs like silverstar and others (whiter bulbs but not real xenons) are not lasting too long. For practical reasons, if you have halogens, it is better to stick with the regular halogen bulbs. As mentioned already, DYI conversions to real xenons are not too practical.

I replaced my halogens on my previous mini with brighter H13 ones and they burnt out within months. I consider sticking with stock bulbs. I was told i could get my burnt out ones replaced for free but i just ended up trading in my mini for one with xenons.
