OFFICIAL Show us your Dogs in your Clubman! Pics/stories welcome!

At the suggestion of another club member and dog/clubman owner, I have changed the title and figured the NAM Nation could show us all the tremendous pictures of everyones dogs in their Clubman!

1. Pictures are always welcome!
2. Stories of your dogs in your Clubman
3. Challenges of getting them all in and out
4. Anything else you may find helpful for folks who want to have dogs in their Clubman!

My wife and I have no children so the dogs are our "hairy" variety of kids.....so with that being said....POST AWAY!!!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi All,

Well the wife and I have been going back and forth on the best way to transport our two border collie mixes around. Ideally, we would be just folding the rear seats down but for those long trips on vacations we will be leaving the seats up so we have access to the stuff in back that we don't want them on. I have looked into the Pooch Styles stuff but that will not fit our needs exactly. So we ended up getting a pet hammock from Petsmart and have managed to make it fit pretty well.

I will let you all know how this turns out! Doggies are excited as are we. The "Pristine" nature of the less than month old clubman is about to be destroyed!....That is in a good way.....just means a bit more interior detailing for us!

Will keep ya posted on how this works out !

Regards,

Mike

Here are some pics with the pups in the car!

We had a great time in and the dogs did very well in the Clubman. Not like their "usual" ride in the jeep but they had a ball just the same!

Most certainly the puppies love the mini! Well they actually prefer my 93 Jeep Wrangler that I off-road with because it lacks doors, top sides, rear 95% of the year. I have some cargo netting that keeps them in the back...that is their true love!

HOWEVER, the clubman ranks a close second...they really like the pano roof! They can actually see straight up unlike the Liberty we would take trips with them in.

So Mike, I guess we're hijacking this thread a bit to show how our own dogs enjoy our Clubmen, too. I will say yours look very happy.

Our Shetland Sheepdog puppy is getting his "MINI legs" in our Clubman... Here's a photo of him with his harness seat belt in the back seat.

Otra,

I suppose I will change the thread title and we can make it about doggies in clubbies. I searched but found no Official Dogs in Clubman thread so I'll change the name...if others have seen another then we can just change it back!

I love seeing others love their dogs as much as we do ours...they are our "hairy children"!

If anyone has any issues with me changing the title and direction of the thread just PM me!

Hey Otra.....your dog is NOT a sheltie is it but an actual Shetland Sheepdog puppy correct? He is adorable...how big will he get?

Regards,

Mike

Nice Pic Buzzcut1.....your bouvier is one BIG puppy! It looks as if you are cold in the picture was it taken recently or during the winter/spring? What do you do for "protection" in the back of the car?

Regards,

Mike

It's obvious that MINI made a good decision to build Clubmans.

1000% with you on that one! We never would have gotten a Mini if the clubman was not there.

Seems as though I cannot edit the official title so I will start another thread so that it is easier for all to participate!

Mike

WOW what a coincidence Wolfeee! Morgan is a great name....when we adopted her, we were trying to come up with a name and that just stuck. My parents were going to send us suggestions but we avoided all contact until the name was chosen....funny thing is that was the name my MOM chose!!!! ( I guess those Lawn Gilanada's are smart people ...she's from Franklin Square ).

HEHE...we love them immensely, I really couldn't call "Bailey" a "Brunette" as her hair is jet black and pure white...perhaps a confused Goth/Bleach blonde????? LOL.....
