Carseats in and top down...fun family motoring

We finally had a really nice weekend with enough free time to move the car seats from the Mini-Van to the MINI-Cooper. We have a 3yr old and a 16 month old...they loved the top-down motoring...arms waving over their heads and giggling all the way. (just like daddy.) I'm glad I chose the MCS convertible over a new Miata...you can't replace happy family motoring. A word of note...the LATCH connections in the MCSC are strangely angled and I had to flip the car seat hooks upside down to get them connected.

Got any pics of your weekend of top-down motoring ? We love pics ! Two car seats in the back of a Cabrio sounds like a photo-op to me !

BTW... nice looking MINI !

Well, we were having so much fun, it didn't occur to us at the time to get the camera out. I guess it'll have to wait until our next strangely warm weekend...or springtime proper. It was pretty entertaining. The boys and I were cruising the WalMart parking lot waiting for Mommy to come out. The top was down and Rudolph the Red-Nosed reigndeer was blaring through the HK sound system...good times.
