Someone posted me a pic of a
MINI convertible. Don't know if it's been posted here already but I thought you cats would be interested.

Eh, not sure about it. I'm not a big fan of the Vee-Wee Cabrio, and it looks just the same.

I'm no fan of the Cabrio either, but there are millions of teen-age girls that are going to wet themselves over this little topless wonder.

Coop's on Injured Reserve after the accident, he should be back in the lineup by the second week of December!

I don't like it.....I have never been a big fan of the VW Cabrio (let). I've never really been a convertible fan anyway....but it just looks strange to me. Besides I love my big sunroof!

Storer.....you're a strange guy......

I, too, have never been much of a convertible fan (tho when offered a Mustang one at a car rental desk in Honolulu for the same price as the compact we'd reserved, I took a nanosecond to say "you betcha") and this MINI example is atrocious! AACCKK! PFFFFT! (to quote the late, great Bill D. Cat.)

Cheers,

Leslie

Nothing special with the top down. I'm sure it's pretty unsightly with the top up!

Want your MINI to run like a high-end sports car? 19% pulley and GIAC with larger injectors is all you need...BTW, 111,111 miles as of 2/2/08

May not go over big in the cold weather states, but I'm sure the warm ones will eat it up.

Don't think I like the look of our MINI without a top. just something not quite right, and with the top up :yuk: But, switch the sunroof out for a honest-to-goodness ragtop (ala MINI configurator), and I'd be all over that like a bum on a ham sandwich!

I am still into the classic looks of the brand. I guess seeing one in person might make me change my mind.
Motor On!!

No, but now that you have, I really want to see what this proto-cabrio from 2002 looked like that had so many posters up in arms. Unfortunately, the link is long-dead.

I wonder if it looked anything like how the actual cabrio turned out?
