R52 I was persuaded to ditch the run flats yesterday

I was persuaded to ditch the run flats yesterday

Been on the fence but hated ditching tires with plenty of meat left. Well, this got me off of the bubble. I don't know what I ran over, but sure felt it. I would have bet money it was the front tire but this is the rear. The low pressure sensor went on almost as soon as I hit whatever it was. Ordered four new shoes from Costco.

Agreed. I just had a lot of meat left the RFs.

Soon as I got in the parking lot of Costco I could feel a difference.

I have a donut spare that will not fit under the bonnet. Thinking about deflating to see if it will fit that way. I have a kit with an inflator should the need arise.

Don't plan on carrying usually, just on a trip.
