2005 Key Removed Car Keeps Running

2005 Coup single owner. I take the key out and the car keeps running. Been happening about 3 months now. If i put the car into reverse, the car shuts off correctly.

Just purchased a new ignition switch (http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Site...tion/ES168780/) and replaced. Car still doing the same thing. Switched the 50 AMP relay under the hood for the ignition switch (i'm sure its the correct one) still have the same issue.

Any ideas where to go from there?

That's what my guess was the ignition switch, is this a manual or automatic?

Its a manual. Only thing i can think of next is trying to replace the reverse sensor?
