Engine Cooling Thoughts
I have a 2007 JCW convertible and the engine runs warmer than I would like. The car has a cold air intake, upgraded supercharger, upgraded fuel injectors, and some other non-engine upgrades (suspension, brakes, etc.). I do not drive it hard but it is my daily driver.
After a 20 minute drive the engine is hitting a bare bit about halfway on the temperature gage. I am looking for some upgrades (cheap if possible) to help the engine cool better.

"Warmer than you would like"= what?
Is the temp light on....fan running?
Aftermarket guage reading hi?
You list of mods seem very typical....should be well within the cooling ability of a stock cooling system if everything is running right.....
Since the cooling system on these cars is so often neglected....issues are common...
Often the failure is from improper bleeding...leaves the car OK for 5-10 minutes...then an overheat...
If the car has been serviced...I'd rebleed it....
But if it has been neglected....I'd flush the crap out if it....then refill, and bleed....
It not beyond the scope of possibilities a prior owner poured some stop leak in it while dirty...partially plugging the radiator and heater core, hopeing for a cheap fix....

The temp gauge settles in right around half way, that's normal, what is the actual coolant temp? Read from a gauge, or scanner.
As stated, if the car isn't overheating or having the fans kick on constantly without the air being on you're within normal operating range. The car will give you a CEL for under temp, and you will get a dummy light and the gauge will bury itself in the event of overheating.
The cooling system should be flushed every 2 years, a pressure bleeder will make the process of making sure you've bled all the air out quicker/easier. Unless you are extremely low on coolant or had an improper system bleed done, the system should bleed itself, as the expansion tank is the highest part of the pressurized cooling system.
