Leather seat stitching popped!

Anyone else experience this? I cannot post a photo but my passenger seat stitching on the bottom (where the rear contacts the seat) totally blew out last weekend!

Of course, it is about 6 months out of warranty ... ('05 Vert)

Mine let go by my left shoulder. I sewed it up, but I'm going to have another go at it with heavier thread.

Mine too -the driver's seat on the bottom. Luckily, still two weeks left on the warranty, so its at the dealer today getting repaired! I asked if this is a common problem, and they said a few have it at the corners.

I wonder if seat covers would help?
