Back up bulb

Need to change the back up light bulb on my 08 Cabrio. I looked in the owners manual and it looks simple enough until you look into the boot and see all of the interior panels. What all has to be removed to get to the "simple operation" of changing the bulb?

Might want to try www.realoem.com for a schematic.

Yeah it's not easy getting to the housing in a Cabrio. You need to pull the interior liner out of the way. Use something flat, like a bread knife to start getting the edge lifted were the housing is.

Actually use a 10mm wrench undo the retaining nut and take the whole light assembly out. It is the easiest way.....
