I still want to be #7, but I've got to put dinner on the table, so quickly:

1)

2) Final two candidates are HoneyRyder and Sugar Magnolia (we'll vote after dinner)

3) San Antonio, Texas

4) Sparkling Silver (aka "light bronze")

5) Cooper S

6) 30s ("relatively" young as my mother told me recently)

7) No Mensa, but I did go to Stanford

HoneyRyder (named after the Ursula Andress character in Dr. No (Ian Fleming, James Bond) narrowly beat out "Sugar Magnolia." My wife's suggestion of "Chalk" was killed with a procedural vote.

And her theme song (because you've got to have a theme song) shall be...

Sugar Magnolia

Well, she can dance a Cajun rhythm, jump like a *****'s in four wheel drive.
She's a summer love in the spring, fall and winter. She can make happy any man alive.

Sugar magnolia, ringing that bluebell, caught up in sunlight, come on out singing
I'll walk you in the sunshine, come on honey, come along with me.

She's got everything delightful, she's got everything I need,
A breeze in the pines in the summer night moonlight, crazy in the sunlight yes indeed.

Sometimes when the cuckoo's crying, when the moon is half way down,
Sometimes when the night is dying, I take me out and I wander around, I wander 'round.

Okay, Sidewalkers, sign up!

Hey Xbass ... do you know why there is no Pepper White Cabrio material on the "minbee" site?

Plate is "SIDEWLK" (closest thing to a name), 2007, Pepper White, Cooper, Northeast Ohio, 50's

3. philly-ish
4. the color with "racing" in it!
5. s

I've got the BrownFlyer windscreen and it's great. I took it out for the winter and put it back in last week. Just in time for our first mild weather of the summer. It makes an amazing difference and still allows you to use the back seat.

fyi,
i have evan working on a slightly different sidewalk version. it has black trim instead of malt brown, which makes the windscreen a little more "invisible." the headrest trim stays malt brown. waiting for a pic before i pull the trigger, then i'd be glad to post more for y'all. i think the different version might work best with brg or black? we'll see!

I can answer that one, as Dougal's co-owner... I made the shift boot and a matching boot for the e-brake as well. I had some really nice quality vinyl left over from another project and it just so happened to be an almost exact match for the Sidewalk seats.

Here's the e-brake boot:

Just wish I could get an e-brake handle that matched too. I've thought about trying to make something, but haven't had time to play with it.

Doh! Somehow I missed the first part of the initial post...

Yes, he was a special order. Long, agonizing weeks... although fun in many ways, as Jerseygirl's '03 MCS was bought off the showroom floor, so we missed that part of ownership..

1) Pic (posted that... )
2) Name: Dougal
3) Lives: Plainsboro, NJ
4) Color: Pepper White w/ blue top
5) Cooper
6) our ages: 30s
7) ?
8) Theme music: If I'm driving, something by Verdi
9) mods - current:Helix SSK, Custom painted dash, gauge bezels, shift boots; - coming soon: aero-kit, Goodyear GSD3, MCS RSB. - future: Panasports, CAI? Exhaust? Suspension?

edit: the badge is NEMINI.org. The regional MINI club/group we play with.

Welcome Jerseygirl! (008) - I really love the shifter & e-brake boots
Welcome Ubique!

Are you picking up a LHD to bring back to the states? You'll have to include pics of the JCW stuff.
