A friend told me that BMW is planning a convertible version of the Mini Cooper for 2004. Does anyone know if this is true or just a rumour? I could wait until then to get the convertible. It would look amazing!
I read somewhere in one of the numerous car magazines I read that there will definately be a MINI convertable. I'm not too sure about the release year for the convertable. I think 2004 is the year that has been targeted. Anyway, the article I was reading had a picture of what a topless MINI would look like. Pretty neat. I prefer it with the hard top, but I feel that way with most cars. I believe the article also mentioned a MINI truck will also be produced at some point in the future.
Clover, the artist's rendition of the MINI truck looked pretty neat! It kind of reminded me of the VW Beetle trucks. It was basically the front half of the MINI with a small payload in the rear.
i have 2 pics of the Mini Cooper Convertible, it looks very nice, if ne 1 wants to see them, email me @ SicilianStud25@aol.com and ill send them to u!!
BMW will have to make one sooner or later... Ever since they began planning the mini, people have been asking about one. In fact, it was a topic on the forst question and answer session at Mini.com
