Car color-personality

I copied this from an article online.
According to the article, drivers of black cars were most likely to get in accidents. Drivers of silver cars were in 2nd.
Drivers of cream and white cars were the least likely.

Not sure where this study puts me, as I have a cream and a red car, guess I'm a true Gemini!

Annette

Black cars denote an aggressive personality or someone who's an outsider or rebel.
Silver cars indicate someone who's cool, calm and slightly aloof.
Green cars can often be chosen by people with hysterical tendencies.
Yellow cars signify someone who is idealistic and novelty loving.
Blue cars are chosen by the more introspective, reflective and cautious driver.
Gray cars represent those who are calm, sober and dedicated to their work.
Red cars denote those who are full of zest, energy and drive and who think, move and talk quickly.
Pink cars are chosen by gentle, loving and affectionate drivers.
White cars represent status-seeking extrovert drivers.
Cream cars are the least likely to be involved in accidents and denote self-contained and controlled owners.

I'm glad they didn't stereotype purple car owners. I hardly fit the description of white car owners (my other car) which is in stark contrast of my family car, which is blue.

I think I should have bought a yellow car....oh...now I'm all confused.

Yeah, I remember something like this from awhile ago - I don't really agree with it since there are so many factors, and often multiple people, effecting the choice of the exterior paint (and it is like horoscope, people will see themselves in it no matter what ;)).

As for black and silver cars in accidents, they are the hardest to see and blend in with the road/blind spot easily (and statistically there are also probably greater numbers of them vs, say, purple or green).

Hmmm... I would concede that both are idealistic versions of opposite sides of my personality that for the most part stay hidden.

Except for visual representation in the form of my MINI.

I think Silver is pretty accurate for me.

Guilty as charged.
Wouldn't purple be a combination of red and blue?
Don't you feel sorry for all those BRG owners (just don't tell them - wouldn't want to cause a scene or a breakdown or anything).

I feel like flying off the handle on this one... I think I'm gonna cry un controlably for while... stamp my feet... and just generally carry on...

Stay tuned... irrational rant to follow...

"Cautious"... not sure about that. "Aware/alert" would be more fitting.
I bought the Hyper Blue because it looks excellent and I'm a proud Democrat.
