Road Trip

Hey all,

I'm thinking of taking a 3 day road trip. I just want a little road time with me
the MIN and some good music. I live 36 miles north of Chicago which is about 25 min South of the Wisc. border.

Looking for suggestions.

Thanks.

Studog

Hiya sudog. Have you considered circling Lake Michigan? Lots of fun little villages.

I'm in Milwaukee and thinking about a Black Hills/ Rushmore run or if you're thinking closer, a western Wisconsin Mississippi river run north. Last year, we did a Branson, MO run. That was an interesting, one time jog. If you just have to have a baguette and some Moules (mussels) or some escargot's, there's the Montreal run. So many runs, so little time!

Never done it but I just thought it would be cool to take the "I" out that way and just drive around. I'm one to grab an atlas and pick what I think would be an interesting route and go for it. Sorry I dont have any details. Just notions in my head for the future. Mapquest or Google Maps could give you some better ideas.
