Found a 2003 BRG/B w/JCW...

... with only 8500 miles. Until I can run the VIN, i'm just leary as to why such low mileage. The car has all three packages as well as HK and the "original" 18" JCW wheels. Listed at $21,998.

It is probably someone's weekend toy which has spent its life safely in a garage. Might be a GREAT choice!

I bought my wifes 02 MC with 18k on it for 16,5. They were asking 18,3 though. There was a dealership acorss town that had an 03 MCS w/ 25k on it wanting 21,5. They said we didn't have the credit for either one of them and wouldn't come off the price any at all.

I just bought my 03' IB/B MCS for $17k. It had 48K miles on it and was in very very nice condition, with almost everything.

I can run you a carfax if you can PM me the vin #. I've got to head out to work in 30 minutes but I can do it late tonight if you need.

I picked up my 2003 BRG with 49k on her for $16,900.

What's all these abbreviations stand for? IB/B - JCW - HK? Is there somewhere I can find out?

Well the first two, IB, are the body color (Indie Blue), the next one, /B, is the roof color (Black), the next , JCW, is the special John Cooper Works high performance package, and the last is the Harmonn Kaardon sound system.

So, mine is Electric Blue with white top - EB/W.

The one that has me stumped for a while was MFSW (multifunctionsteering wheel).

It's probably OK, my '03 MC has 7,800 miles because I don't drive it much.

I ran a CarFax on it today, everything looked clean and only one owner not far from me. I'll run it again at the dealer just to make sure. I think this might be a good one.
