Vibration felt in steering wheel turning left

So I have noticed it lately on my 05 MCS, and have waited to post to make sure it was not my imagination and it's not. Once the sterring wheel is moved approx. 45 degrees, it makes a "click" which I can not hear but feel in the steering wheel. It is at the same point and does not happen every time, but the majority of the time. Anyone with this problem before? What was the fix? Should I ignore it?

Thank You!!!

I have not had that problem on my MCS... I had that problem on my previous car, a corvette. I ignored it and never it never caused a problem, but you might want to get it checked out at some point just to make sure.
