ABS sensor issue: code 5DA2

Hey,

When I've bought my Mini the was a problem, that with warmer weather ABS and DSC lights sometimes were coming on. I checked the car that there were errors : 5DA0, 5DA1,5E5C
It came out, that the issue was with the front right ABS sensor which seized in the hub. I brought the car to ASE technicians and they drilled it out and put new Delphi sensor.
I was happy for few months, but 3 weeks ago ABS, DCS and tire lights came suddenly on again.
I diagnosed my car again with DIS and there was a code 5DA3. The same sensor. I checked connection and wheel - everything was OK. So, I thought that problem with the sensor. As it was under warranty I've got new one replaced it by myself, reseted error, started driving, but after 20mph ABS lights came on again (before that ABS lights were on all the time).
Checked with DIS again - now it shows code 5DA2. Checked the bearing visually it looks fine...
Is it possible, that new sensor can be bad?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Make sure you don't have any chafed wires and check the hub. This individual reports the same code after placing his and his issue was a hub issue: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...nsor-help.html. If you have determined the hub is your issue let me know.

Thanks for your answers, guys!
Which aftermarket wheel hub you can recommend for it? OEM seems too expensive - USD220.

Thank you. Alright so you can go with the OEM supplier hub that comes with a brand new bearing by NSK here: http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/...pg4.htm#item11. I'd recommend that one or Genuine. Let me know if you have any questions.

What's the difference between NSK 62BWKH01A-INT for USD120 and NSK 31-22-6-756-889-M602 for $176?

That is the same part, but just from a different vendor of ours. They stock parts under the manufactures part number rather than the MINI part number. So, same part, different vendor, cheaper price. It is fine to go with that vendor instead.

Sometimes these parts don't come up when you search through the front of the catalog. If you plug the MINI part number into our search bar, like this: http://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/...1-22-6-756-889 other vendors of ours pop up and might have better pricing. Let me know if you have any questions.
