Trans problem

My '05 convertible with Getrag box has developed the failed trans mainshaft sound. (Not the clutch, that was done last month.) I'm thinking of putting a rebuilt in. Do any of you out there know of a source for rebuilts?
Thanks.

As someone who had this issue, it's will more than likely be cheaper to get a used one swapped in. Cost me about $950 for a transmission with factory LSD and 10 hours labor. The cheapest rebuild job I found was around 1600 assuming only the bearings were in need of replacement.

Talk to NorthWestEuro! He's in the Seattle area and he parts MINIs, prolly should have a relatively low mileage 6 speed.
