R50/53 Need an opinion on a price

The thing about the cars listing is it is all good, and lists all sorts of cosmetic and physical upgrades....
It lacks any info on flaws or shortcomings.....a full PPI is still needed, and it is not hard to get a list of $3000 of stuff a seemingly"perfect" car will need....
My guess is...the seller is trying to get somebody who wants the dream MINI, and is trying to find somebody willing to pay about 2x the clean typical price....

No one has said anything about service records. Does the car have them? If so, the price may be a bit high...without the service records it is very high.
For comparison... I paid much less for my 2005 R52 s last year with a little less than 4,000 original miles. The deals are out there...
