Another cooling fan thread

I've searched and searched...
I can't find anyone having the same issue as me.
I have replaced the cooling fan relay(s) on my 06 mcs about 3 times now. As soon as I would replace it the fan would work for about a week as it was supposed to. Now I am having the issue again. I changed both relays under the hood but this time, the fan doesn't work! I just replaced the PS cooling fan since it was a gooped up mess and didn't spin.
Is it time to change the fan?
I think not since the A/C trick works still
Any ideas?

Not clearly understanding your post since it refers to the cooling fan and the power steering fan. Is the issue the low speed mode on the main cooling fan on the radiator is not working? If so, I'm not sure why it would temporarily work when replacing a relay. Usually the issue is with the resistor burning out on the fan that controls the low speed.

Someone told me the PS fan and the rad fan were connected in circuit, must be wrong!

I also never hear the PS fan come on.

I believe the term is low speed? If I leave the car idling it will get as hot as it wants. I get scared at 220 and turn the ac on. The fan then comes on and brings me back down to regulating temp of 185.

But if I'm driving I stay at 185-190

As RB said, the resistor on your fan assembly has failed, hence you have no low speed fan operation.
