You might want to give some more info and detail.......

Did it start running rough all of a sudden, after a certain mod, or has it always ran rough?

Have you checked your spark plugs and wires? Have you checked compression? Have you checked the engine vacuum at idle? Have you done any other trouble shooting?

If the motor is mechanically in good shape, I would take a look at that Shark tuner.

Also....can you post up some pictures of your EVO12 Front intercooler mod? I'm interested to see how you did the plumbing from the supercharger to the intercooler, and the back to the cylinder head.

How does a smog test work where you are? Here they just hook it up to an OBDII reader and check for codes and ready status.

I'm guessing it's just a coincidence then and not something the test did. I would start with carefully going over the intake connections and vacuum hoses to make sure nothing popped off or broke.

You mentioned that it overheated during the e test? How did that happen? What do they do when they put the car through the test? Wide Open Throttle for long periods of time?

Just trying to get some more details......trying to figured out how an emissions test would overheat the motor.

It sounds like you have multiple questions all wrapped up into one. If the car was running fine before it overheated.....then your problem is most likely a result of the motor overheating. How hot did the motor get? Did it blow a head gasket? Have you check compression?

As far as the tuning question you had....more or less fuel with the 380 injectors, I would get your car running right before ever playing with the tuning. Do you have an A/F gauge? Without that, you are going to have a hard time tuning the car on your own. Who tuned it for you the first time? Are you doing the tuning yourself via the shark tuner??

How long have you had the car? Did it have all the mods when you got it? If not, did you do all the mods?

Im a little lost here......

I see you say fan stopped working. Sounds like electric issues, maybe a blown low speed relay?
